In a day that will long be remembered by students and staff alike, ISRO scientist Pinaki Ranjan Sarkar who was a core member of Mission Chandrayaan-3 visited Epic Public School and delivered a riveting lecture on Mission Chandrayaan-3, India’s historic lunar endeavour.
Mr Sarkar took the audience on an insightful journey through the mission’s objectives, challenges, and accomplishments, making complex space science both accessible and exciting for the young minds.
His talk went beyond lunar exploration, shedding light on the strategic importance of India’s space capabilities. Students listened in awe as he explained how ISRO’s technological advancements are not only scientific milestones but also national assets.
Speaking to Epic Words, Dr Sanjukta Saha, the Principal of Epic Public School, shared her enthusiasm: “Students of Epic Public School got enriched after interacting with him. It’s not every day that they get to meet someone who plays such a key role in shaping India’s space story.”
