Epic Public School students participated in a drawing competition organised by the Archaeological Survey of India at Cooch Behar Rajbari on International Museum Day, showcasing their creativity on the theme of Ancient Monuments of India. Grade VII student Shreejita Mukherjee received special recognition.
To mark the celebration of International Museum Day, the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) organised a drawing competition at the historic Cooch Behar Rajbari on 18th May. The event saw enthusiastic participation from students across the district, with the theme centred around “Ancient Monuments of India”—a perfect match for the majestic venue itself.
Among the many schools that took part, Epic Public School made a significant mark with twenty-seven talented students showcasing their artistic interpretations of India’s rich heritage.

The event not only provided a platform for young artists to express their love for India’s heritage through colours and creativity, but also helped instil a sense of historical appreciation among the next generation.
