Epic Public School appoints Lhato Jamba as Peace & Happiness Ambassador, embracing Gross National Happiness in education.
In its effort towards nurturing emotional well-being and holistic development of students, Epic Public School has announced the appointment of Mr Lhato Jamba as its official Peace and Happiness Ambassador last month.
Mr Jamba, a distinguished academic and the former president of Bhutan’s trailblazing IT institution, Gyalpozhing College of Information Technology (GCIT), is globally respected for his deep-rooted advocacy of Bhutan’s unique development philosophy — Gross National Happiness (GNH).

In his new role at Epic Public School, Mr. Jamba will guide a series of initiatives focused on emotional literacy, mindfulness, intercultural harmony, and sustainable happiness. These will include various programs that would be rooted in the principles of compassion, equity, and balance.
