A touching poem by Gunjita where she explores themes of isolation, lost innocence, and inner silence, as she sits on the ocean floor, listening to the unspoken.
Sitting on the ocean floor,
Waves moving through my toes.
I can feel nothing,
But the surroundings try to say something.
The one who was mistaken as a failure,
Was slowly becoming paler.
The ocean I loved as a kid,
Is now waiting as a void for me.
