Independence Day was celebrated with pride and enthusiasm at Epic Public School on 15th August, featuring patriotic performances, the National Flag unfurling and a celebration of India’s spirit of freedom.
A flag went up, and for a moment, the entire school seemed to pause.

There was something special about the morning of 15th August at Epic Public School. As the tricolour fluttered proudly against the sky, the school seemed to come alive with a feeling that was difficult to put into words—a mixture of pride, gratitude and the joy of being Indian.
The Independence Day celebration was marked with great enthusiasm by the students, teachers and staff of the school. The unfurling of the National Flag was followed by the National Anthem, creating a solemn yet inspiring moment as everyone stood together with their hearts filled with patriotism.

But the celebration was not just about flags and songs. The students brought the spirit of India to life through patriotic songs, dances, speeches and cultural performances. Each performance carried a message of unity, courage and love for the nation. The energy of the young performers made the celebration vibrant and memorable.
The day also served as a gentle reminder that independence is not merely a chapter in a history book. It is a responsibility. The freedom enjoyed today was built upon the courage and sacrifices of countless individuals, and the students were reminded that they too have a role to play in shaping the India of tomorrow.

As the celebration drew to a close, the tricolour continued to flutter proudly above the school. The programme ended, but the feeling it created stayed behind—a reminder that patriotism is not something we celebrate on just one day; it is something we carry with us every day.
At Epic Public School, 15th August was more than a celebration—it was a moment to remember where we came from, appreciate where we stand, and dream about where India can go next.
