Epic Public School is transforming education with innovative, activity-based learning. Established in 2017 by Mr Biswajit Jha and Dr. Sanjukta Saha, the school focuses on experiential learning, scientific exploration, and real-world application.
Indian educational system has seen multiple changes from the ancient gurukuls to modern day schools. The situation of the present times demands an innovative teaching methods to cope up with the fast changing world and its problems. Identifying this area our school, Epic Public School, has incorporated activity-based learning in our curriculum to develop our students for the future. This approach has helped us made us as one of India’s leading institutions in progressive education.
Epic Public School was established in 2017 by two altruists, our Director, Mr Biswajit Jha and Dr Sanjukta Saha our principal. For them, this institution is more than just a school; it is the realisation of a dream. Both of them left behind promising careers in Delhi to bring about a change in the education system of North Bengal. It is this commitment that has given birth to Epic Public School into what it is today.
We have an application-based teaching approach where we encourage students beyond rote memorisation and focus on application of theoretical concepts to real-life scenarios. This develops critical thinking and problem solving skills in our students and prepares them better for the future.
At Epic we impart scientific and technological education in our state-of-the-art laboratory and in-house organic farming system. We encourage students to engage in experiential learning, bridging the gap between classroom concepts and practical application. By adopting a more modern approach to education we have brought in a change in the educational system.
Our efforts have fetched us recognition from esteemed media houses such as The Telegraph, The Logical Indian, Zee News, East India Story, and Bartaman Patrika for our pioneering initiatives. Besides this Epic Public School has also been honoured with prestigious awards, including the ‘Innovative School Award’ from Delhi and ‘The Telegraph Award’.
