Epic Public School Celebrates Saraswati Puja with Knowledge and Innovation
Saraswati, the Goddess of knowledge, learning, and purity, was honoured across Bengal on the 3rd of February as students offered their prayers and sought her divine blessings. The sacred sound of the mantra reverberated through schools, educational institutions, and homes:
Saraswati Mahabhage
Vidye Kamalalochane
Vishwaroope Vishaalaakshi
Vidyam dehi namosthuthe
The meaning of this mantra is a heartfelt plea: O Goddess Saraswati, the most auspicious one, with eyes like lotuses, the embodiment of knowledge with wide eyes, please bestow knowledge upon me, I offer my salutations.
Epic Public School was no exception in its celebration. However, the students did more than just chant the mantra—they demonstrated the true essence of Saraswati’s blessings through their innovative pursuits. The school’s ‘Innovation’ course, designed to teach students the practical applications of science, found the perfect occasion for a grand exhibition where students showcased their ingenuity. It is the school’s endeavour to nurture not just students but future entrepreneurs who will create innovative solutions to global challenges.
